Б) Спектр интервенционных подходов: пациенты, страдающие заболеваниями головного мозга, чаще всего нуждаются в психотерапевтической поддержке, которая дает возможность лучше совладать с имеющимися ограничениями. Следует подчеркнуть, что многие пациенты воспринимают ограничения, возникшие в когнитивной и практической сфере, а также изменения их личности и нередко отвечают на них сильной тревогой или паникой. Психотерапевтическая поддержка здесь преследует цель ослабить эти психические реакции. Необходимо также указать, что когнитивный тренинг (например, тренинг мышления и памяти), а также тренинг самостоятельности (самостоятельное выполнение конкретных видов деятельности в повседневной жизни) может продлить использование имеющихся когнитивных и практических ресурсов и усилить локус контроля.
