В этой главе находятся короткие описания наиболее часто встречающихся клинических случаев, а также некоторые болезни, ассоциируемые обычно с гипнотическим способом лечения. Дискутируется вопрос, как можно применять гипноз, непосредственно и косвенно, в борьбе с этими болезнями. НАРУШЕНИЯ В НАСТРОЕНИИ И ЭМОЦИЯХ (СТРАХ, СТРЕСС, ФОБИЯ, ПОСТТРАВМАТИЧЕСКИЙ СИНДРОМ) Гипноз, как инструмент, осуществляющий контроль может помочь формировать способность релаксации и самоконтроля. Я считаю, что обучение клиентов самогипнозу (самостоятельной гипнотической индукции) и его применению в любой момент, будет необходимой стороной применения гипноза в клиническом контексте. Сознание того, что вы способны глубоко расслабиться, провести реорганизацию своих мыслей, чувств и поведения, может сильно помочь в борьбе со стрессом и беспокойством. В конце концов, стресс часто возникает из интерпретации событий, а не от самих событий. Гипноз облегчает в таких случаях изменение перспективы, вследствие чего изменяет реакцию (Bandler, 1985; Brown, Fromm, 1987; Crawford, Barabasz, 1993; Habeck, Sheikh, 1984; Spiegel, 1993a, Yapko, 1989). — 104 —
