ФАКТОРЫ ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ ГИПНОЗА

В этой главе я хотел бы обсудить некоторые факторы, ко­торые могут влиять на работу с клиентом (включая образцы ком­муникации и контакт клиента с терапевтом).

ВНУТРЕННИЕ ФАКТОРЫ

Определенные обстоятельства я считаю желательными для проведения гипноза, хотя они и не являются необходимыми. Во первых, лучше работать при относительной тишине. Отсутствие громкого шума, деконцентрирующего клиента, позволяет ему сконцентрироваться на внутреннем опыте. Однако чаще всего зво­нят телефоны, слышно как хлопают двери, люди разговаривают за ними, шум улицы, самолеты над головой, звуки падающих предме­тов, домашние животные, роняющие вазы, детские споры... Нет места идеально защищенного от внешнего шума. В этом впрочем и нет необходимости. Чтобы помочь клиенту сконцентрироваться, необходимо воспользоваться способностью включать эти события в процесс индукции (Bandler, Grinder, 1979; Zeig, 1980/ 1985).
