Дипирон был запрещен или строго ограничен в Австралии, Бангладеш, Канаде, Дании, Египте, на Фиджи, в Германии, Греции, Ирландии, Израиле, Италии, Японии, Малайзии, Новой Зеландии, Норвегии, на Филиппинах, в Саудовской Аравии, Сингапуре, Швеции, Великобритании, США и Венесуэле; а комбинированные продукты с содержанием дипирона были запрещены в Пакистане [44].

Рекомендации к действию

Настало время изъять дипирон и другие производные пиразолона из продажи во всем мире. Дипирон - не безопасное лекарство. Он не является основным лекарством. Он не обладает значительной терапевтической пользой в противовес риску его использования. Поэтому следует направить все действия на немедленный запрет дипирона и других анальгетиков группы пиразолона.
